The President of Barcelona, Josep Maria Bartomeu, the club from 11livescores.com and the former chief, Sandro Rosej, must provide a secure the case with the transfer of Neymar up to 20 days, reportedly radio Catalunya.
Rosej is accused of an assignment in the deal for 57.1 million. Barcelona was tried as a legal entity and also need to arrange for his defence.
Bartomeu expressed his confidence that the case will be postponed since the case was ignored by the Supreme Court in Madrid and by the Supreme Court in Barcelona.
So far no final decision by the judiciary in Spain in the case of transfer of Neymar. Some of the charges against Sandro Rosej even have already been dropped.
